Matt Simons

Matt Simons is the General Manager for SuperTenders with oversight of all Call Center and Customer Support Operations. Matt is from Clearwater, FL and attended the University of Florida (B.A. Political Science).  Matt joined Supertenders as a consultant in May of 2017 and brings 20 years of experience in contact center operations, marketing, sales, and change management strategy and specializes in enhancing customer sales and service delivery initiatives and performance.  Matt and his wife currently reside in Utah where he enjoys spending time with his family.

Angela Cowden is the Customer Support Manager at SuperTenders and currently handles all new customer inquiries, customer set-ups, and any current customer support related issues while still assisting in many areas of the call center operation with her vast knowledge and experience in the company.  Angela is originally from Phoenix, AZ and brings more than ten years of experience in customer service operations and has extensive experience in maintenance support as it pertains to property management. Angela has been with SuperTenders since 2015 where she was previously a Customer Service Agent, a Maxtender,and the SuperTenders Talent coach before assuming her new position in Customer support.  Angela resides in Maricopa, AZ with her husband and children and enjoys outdoor activities and exercise.

Monica Hubbard is the Business Development Manager and is currently responsible for all internal and external business development efforts to include social media and website development, the growth of the SuperTenders business footprint and internal process improvement. Monica is originally from Colorado Springs, CO and attended the University of Kansas and the University of Colorado (B.S. Business Administration, B.S. Mathematics). Monica joined the SuperTenders team in March of 2017 and brings 20 years of experience in supply chain management operations and manufacturing engineering where she specialized in process development and improvement in several areas at a variety of large corporations. Monica has helped several businesses improve and grow their business in several different industries and decided to pursue that part of her career full time as a member of our team. Monica currently resides in Las Vegas, NV with her husband and children. In her free time, Monica is also a personal trainer and fitness instructor and enjoys the outdoors and being a football mom.

Jodi Dutton is the current Vice President of the Max-Tenders division where she oversees all of the MaxTender teams and is the key leader in assisting our customers in providing them with the best possible experience by coordinating the teams and assisting them in positioning themself within the business in order to handle all maintenance coordination activity customized per each specific property which allows us to help the business focus on other areas of growth while the MaxTenders act as an integral part of each customer’s team.  Jodi is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and attended the Nebraska College of Business and earned her associate’s degree there. She moved to Colorado and has worked in property management for 17 years first in bookkeeping and then general management. Jodi joined the SuperTenders team in April, 2012 and quickly worked into leadership roles. Jodi enjoys motorcycle riding, boating and just sitting on her front porch chillaxing!

Bianca Belandres is the Contact Center Manager and has oversight for all call center operations to include managing the call center staff, facilitating the execution of superior customer service, and also manages the call center scheduling and assists with employee development and recruiting. Bianca is originally from Manila and attended college in the Philippines (B.S. Education-English) Bianca joined the SuperTenders team in June of 2016 as a Customer Service Reception Agent. Bianca brings several years of experience in the BPO industry with training in quality and sales operations and improvements. Prior to joining SuperTenders, Bianca was an ESL trainer.
Bianca currently lives in Imus, Cavite with her son and in her spare time enjoys Netflix.

Rudy Solano is the current Contact Center Manager and has oversight in all call center operations and assists in managing the call center staff, facilitating the execution of superior customer service, and also manages efforts in call center training, employee development and recruiting. Rudy is originally from Denver, CO and joined Supertenders in August of 2013 as a Customer Service Representative. Rudy brings expertise in management, customer service development and training, and maintenance support to the team. Rudy lives in Greeley, CO with his wife. In his spare time, Rudy loves outdoor activities and spending time with his 12 grandchildren!
