  • NightTenders: Our standard, on-call services allow us to answer your evening, weekend, and holiday calls, problem-solve with residents to minimize damage and avoid overtime service calls, determine if a true emergency exists, dispatch your vendors if one does, monitor and follow-up on the contractor response, and inform you of any actions taken.
  • DayTenders: We provide our on-call services to your tenants 24x7x365 – even non-emergencies.  Additionally, we dispatch all emergency calls, but leave it to you to arrange non-emergency service.  We eliminate the distractions so that office hours can be spent growing your business rather than tending to maintenance issues.
    • DayTenders Plus  includes the creation of all work orders in near real-time within your firm’s property management software platform.  DTP also includes follow up on work orders prepared by your in-office staff.
  • MaxTenders: A full service, virtual, maintenance solution designed to help you scale your business.  We answer ALL of your maintenance calls 24x7x365, problem-solve with residents, log work orders in YOUR accounting software, dispatch both emergency and non-emergency work orders and follow up with tenants and vendors per your instructions.  Imagine having someone who knows maintenance and your software and your practices without YOU having to take the time to recruit or train them!  They don’t require space, a desk, a phone, or equipment.  Vacations are ours to cover on OUR dime, as are OVERTIME, payroll taxes, workers comp, sick time, etc.
